Training and development programme
We have an active training and development programme to develop your skills and broaden your experience. Whether it’s carrying out client assessments and reviews, training and supervising other members of the team or learning specialist skills, we’ll support you.
During your initial training period, you’ll receive a thorough induction programme and complete your Care Certificate, all paid at the full hourly rate. We also offer a self-led learning scheme to support you in your personal development. You’ll have a range of QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care courses available to take at a time that suits you.

Fully paid two-week induction programme
When you join us you’ll start off with a paid two-week induction programme that will ensure you’re fully confident and up to speed before you head out to support clients.
Your induction programme includes:
Hands-on manual handling training in our dedicated training room with equipment
Shadow shifts out in the community with an experience fellow team member visiting clients
Safeguarding training
Dementia training
Personhood training
Food hygiene training
First aid training
Training on our systems & Apps
Time for online course completion at home
You’ll also receive your fully paid for uniform and welcome goody pack during your induction.
