Why join us

A team where you're valued and respected

You deserve to be valued and recognised for the vital work you do as a carer, and that's exactly what you can expect here. Since 2015 we've been changing the way care teams are treated, taking a stand against the lack of appreciation that's all too common in the industry.

By looking after you, we free you to focus on what truly matters: caring for those who need it most. That's at the heart of our purpose: making life better for our clients, our carers and our community.

Benefits

Looking after you, so you can look after others

Fair, full-shift pay

We pay for your whole shift (care time and travel), not just minutes at the door. Earn up to £32,500 a year.

Early pay programme

Access the pay you've earned within days of working a shift, whenever you need it.

Private medical insurance

Full private medical cover for you, with the option to add your family.

Profit share scheme

When the company succeeds, you share in it. Plus a refer-a-friend bonus.

Extra holiday

Earn an additional day of holiday allowance each year, up to 33 days.

We pay for the essentials

Your DBS check, uniform and PPE are covered, with a welcome pack during induction.

Training & development

No experience? No problem. We hire on attitude.

When you join us you'll start with a fully paid two-week induction, so you're confident and up to speed before you ever head out to a client. We invest in you the whole way, because you're at the front line of everything we do.

  • Fully paid two-week induction programme
  • Hands-on manual handling training in our dedicated training room
  • Shadow shifts in the community with an experienced team member
  • Safeguarding, dementia and personhood training
  • Food hygiene and first aid training
  • Complete your Care Certificate, paid at your full hourly rate

From our team

Don't just take our word for it

I never thought I could do care or even enjoy it. As it turns out, I love it. No two days are the same. Great, supportive management and colleagues. I've never woken up dreading going to work.
